Ebay.in — No return of three missing transactions done on 6th january

eBay.in is not ready to return my three missing transactions that i did on 6th of january 2015.I have contacted ebay more than 10 times regarding this matter, they never responded with correct answers. My three transactions were done from my State bank of India(Budge Budge Branch). The bank confired to me that the transaction was succesful and the amount was transferred to the merchant's account.The transaction ids as follows-For Rs.[protected]For Rs.[protected]For Rs.[protected]They even said that one of my money amounting to Rs. 270 is refunded but i never received that money in my account.The details that were given to me by ebay regarding this Rs. 270 was-Bank Name - MBKTrx Date - 1/6/2015Amount -270Bank Ref No - BMBK[protected]Bank Trxn No - BMBK[protected]Status - TimeoutRequest Sent On - 1/8/2015
