[Resolved] Ebay.in — Not getting money back after calling multiple times to ebay | |||||
I have ordered a dinning table at ebay.in on 5th feb-2017 and the seller has responded that i will be get the product on 17 of march, again after a day i got a message that there is a delay in manufacturing of the product so it will be delivered on 27th of march and 10 days it will take for shipment from transport. I have cancelled the product and from then i am calling ebay to refund my amount but every day i am getting false commitment that today you will get a call from ebay to resolve the issue but this is not happening, the interesting part is seller"sunrise international" is never picking up his cell. I have paid this amount of 24k from credit card and even after canceling the product i have to bear the 13% charge of emi which ebay is not returning. Please help me in resolving this as i am already feed up calling ebay so many times. Also i have written mails to @ceo of ebay [protected]@ebay.com, he dint even responded to any mail nor anyone from his team.
