Ebay.in — Not getting refund almost one month went

I ordered asus zenfone max on 6 june 2016. The model i ordered was by mistake different than i wanted so i wanted to cancel my order. Seller told me that being item is shipped the only option is to deny to recive product when it come to me. finally it is returned to seller 101mobile shrinivas on 14th june. from 14th june i am fighting for getting refund money.Everytime I call or chat with customer care they say they will contact me back the next day...But that tomorrow never comes. They are just making fool to me. if i doesnt recive my money i am gonna teach them lesson for a lifetime. i tried calling several times customer care as well as contacted seller also i made ebay guarantee claim but nothing works.
