Ebay.in — Not getting the refund money back

Ordered material on 16- Oct-15. But not received the material nor amount back still now.made a complaint on 29-oct-15.Complaint Claim ID - 1387706. Following the customer care executives till date and getting feed back of it will done withih 48 Hrs, 72 hrs etc. Wasting of my 1.5 months of time
