[Resolved] Ebay.in — Not given refund/replacement for damaged shoe | |||
I ordered one Sports Shoe from E-bay and they have sold us the Damaged shoe after that I claimed eBay Guarantee for refund, the Claim - 1456199, The shoe they given such damaged one so that I raised this claim but unfortunately it was Reject, I reopened the same complaint and they inform me that you will get a fallback from out team within next 5 days. Still I have not received any call or the refund. So I'm requesting you all to please help us to recover the claim from e-bay. Jan 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved i raised the complaint 3 times, atlast I leave that matter unfortunately i got refund after 1 month of my product.

However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
