Ebay.in — Not paying for the sold item

I sold many items through ebay for which i have documents for the sold items.
But as per their policy i am not not yet paid for more than their time requested. and the payment due has been asked many time but everytime they are saying they will update the documents for more than two weeks now.

I want to raise the complaint and want to file a case against them.
