I have raised refund request for the faulty product (Ecc100, everest lcd/led tv voltage stabilizer) on 6th april . My claim id -1858115.Later ebay people asked me to ship the product back to seller on my own cost.I did the same, shipment cost was around rs.380 and for the product i have paid for 1370 rs.In total rs.1750 was supposed to be refunded to me . After 13 days today (19th april) got a call from ebay as they can only replace the product and will not refund the amount.When the customer is not happy with the product and requesting for refund why the hell ebay forcing customers to buy another product instead of refunding the amount .Big cheater .People should be aware of this frauds.
