Ebay.in — Now i am going to file a legal action against eBay, Because no response from eBay 48 hours already over

I had order One More product from eBay.in and made transaction through Payumoney wallet and the money is deducted from the Payumoney Wallet account but ebay is showing no confirmation and that product is still in the cart and PaisaPay is showing no transaction. i m worried about my money .I had already contacted many time to eBay support centrer but no one taking responsibility on this also no reply my email. Kindly see the snapshot of debited amount. and please do need full as soon as possible . If you are not able to book my order then credit back my money in 48 hour then i will file a case in consumer court for my right. i will never buy any products on you website and stop other to. I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.
