Till date no action by ebay. On contacting them today they said nothing will happen before 12-May-2016.
Till date no reply from ebay, but I did following to avoid their useless customer service:
1. Contacted the seller directly and returned the item to her 6 days back.
2. She sent a mail to ebay to refund the amount back to me.
3. Ebay still did nothing so I contacted the credit card AMEX.
4. The disputed transaction was suspended by AMEX immediately on receiving my phone call.
5. AMEX told they will handle the issue with EBAY directly and I need not worry.
6. I have sent the courier charge receipt of Rs 300/- to ebay for refund.
No response from ebay at all.
