[Resolved] Ebay.in — One Item not received and one got damaged

I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchased one item last year in 2014 which I have not received yet and had contacted to the Ebay and to the seller but they are not ready to refund the amount . And before that I had purchased a "Manual Tread Mill" which I got damaged. I sent the photos of the damaged item but again "NO Positive RESPONSE" .They are not taking its responsibility . Now it’s too much dissatisfaction. And I want to open a case for both these items.I know its too late to register a complaint. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes so many days to process the refund and response. This means when I purchase from ebay I should be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, I have purchased many items with ebay and I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes. I have mailed the details of one item which I got damaged, and for another item which I never received I'm not able to find the details right now except in my Ebay Account, so I've attached a screen shot so that you can search the details in your database.
