[Resolved] Ebay.in — paisapay id [protected] - refund is held back | |||||
I had ordered for item#[protected] on 19/aug-2017. The courier company fedex was unable to deliver it at my pincode and hence the product was returned to the seller. The seller also confirmed to me on phone that the he received the product. Since then i have been waiting for the refund of rs.3500, but so far it has not been returned. I have written more than 20 emails to ebay and have had live chat sessions with their customer service as well. I even spoke to the seller on many occasions, but so far nothing has happened. It has been 38 days now and still the issue remains unresolved. I am not even allowed to raise a claim through their website. They have now even removed the listing of this product from the claim page. Was this information helpful? | |||||
