Item not delivered (And courier company wrongly address as delivered in their website - which they clarifed over mail)
Fexex representative is saying that they have returned awb shipment #[protected] back to seller - over mail. I communicated this to seller and he said that ebay will have to resolve it (As it is saying that the item is delivered) - but there is no proof that i've received it - the consignment was having incorrect address - which has been verified by fedex. I raised a paisapay claim but was rejected without any discussion with me. (Claim id 3084165) kindly resolve this issue asap as i've paid the amount without getting anything, which is amounting to fraud from seller/ebay side if my plea is not heard anywhere.

Thanks for reaching out.
My claim has been reopened, but even after repeatedly sending proof of purchase (credit card statement screenshot) and calling customer care, I am repeatedly getting mails requiring the same (proof of purchase).
The customer care representatives constantly assure me of getting this issue resolved, but to no avail.
Kindly respond as I am unable to get any refund even after one month.
