This is to highlight the disgusting customer support system ebay has. My refund was approved on 29th may 2016 and still i havent received the refund (Refund claimid : 1981413) after 18 days ie 17 june 2016.
I called ebay customer team to report this issue first on 8th may and also sent the credit card statement. The team has since then not provided any update. When raising a complain, i am given a deadline to expect a update. When calling post the deadline given, i am informed that the complain was not raised by the executive properly the first time and that's why no action was taken and then again new complain is raised and again i am asked to wait for 3 days. This is kind o[censored]nending process in ebay customer team and no update is provided to people for long.
I urge and request any authority to take action against ebay for such nuisances to the customer.
This is frustrating beyond limit and for me raising a consumer court case or a civil case, i don't see any other option left. Was this information helpful? |
