Ebay.in — Payment will deduct

Sir, I will try to purchase online in ebay a washing machine through my credit card, the amount will be deducted from my account also but that order will not get any confirmation also. So many times I will send complaint mail to eBay customer care but no any response also please do needful. My id [protected]@gmail.com
