Ebay.in — Product delivered not per order, dispute claim raised, issue still unresolved

Early may 2016, i ordered and paid for an iphone se. Within a few days, the courier arrived. To my horror, the package contained stones and tiles and not the phone!

I raised a complaint/claim on ebay immediately. Reference:

Ebay has been going around in circles and has not resolved the issue till date. I was asked to speak to the seller and clarify, which i did. I sent additional photographs of what was delivered.

Despite all this, the matter is not being addressed seriously.

I assume the unscrupulous seller here is the winner with all the money in his pocket!

I surely did not expect ebay to be slow and insensitive to my issue.

Ebay.in — seller bad behaviour

i have negative feedback on the product but seller request to change feedback and promise me to refund my money but now she pick mu call and even block my number.this is the very bad behavoiur of seller
