I had ordered a vintage european retro heavy hollow butterfly chain necklace[protected] worth rs.140 paid through debit card with paisapay id [protected] along with another product (Other product arrived on expected date). The order confirmation mail notified expected delivery date to be 30 may - 31 may. When i attempt to track order, the item number as well as the paisapay id fails to be detected. I demand immediate action. Either initiate a quick refund or delivery of my product. I have the necessary confirmation mails and messages from your side.
