[Resolved] Ebay.in — product not delivered and cancelled automatically,refund not received | |||
Ebay deducted money from my PAYTM wallet without the product delivery. Order cancelled automatically but no refund received to my Paytm wallet. Ebay replied refund done to my PAYTM wallet, PayTM says no refund received. I attached my statement of my Paytm wallet which is still Zero. No, i used the link http://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home to get support but again they told the same thing to contact Paytm and Paytm says no refund received contact ebay. Ebay should contact Paytm that they transferred the refund amount and paytm should do the need to get the refund amount reflect in my paytm wallet.
