[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Product not delivered yet

I have placed a order for a key chain at ebay.in10 days ago (PaisaPay ID [protected]). They promised to deliver the order on or before[protected]. But I haven't the received the product yet. They said the product has been shipped and provided the below details but when contacted aramex three times they said it has been delivered but I didn't receive it yet. Please help on this. The customer support support at aramex say the product is shipped to aramex nungambakkam, chennai branch. But who received it. They are not trying to resolve the problem instead they are closing the call temporarily. I even raised this complaint on aramex complaint forum. NO resolution yet.
