[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Product not delivering

(PaisaPay ID [protected]) It is 24 days now since i placed the order. Neither the seller nor eBay either delivering the product or refunding it! I? I opened a claim (Claim ID : 1434927) they are purposely not opening it and making the customer a fool. I contacted the seller and eBay.in several times and they are not ansering when my product will be delivered.
