Dear Sir, Date of Purchase- 15.07.2015 Client Number- [protected] Description- I were purchase a mobile from ebay.in on date 15.07.2015 of Rs.5555 through net banking and estimated time of delivery of consignment is 25.07.2015 as per ebay rull, but till date 30.07.2015 we have not received any parcel & when we are calling to ebay than company said to me please wait 24hrs, 72 hrs, 48hrs. Company are not reply any satisfactory answer to me and take its very cassualy. Please help us to refund the amount with penalty or provide the product as soon as possible.
