Hello, Product: Sony Battery Bank i was supposed to reveive the product on 4th oct which i received on 16th oct. The product is not working and i want to return it and i want my money back. I callled ebay customer service on 16-10-15, 20-10-15, 23-10-15 and again on 26-10-15 saying the same thing that I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. Thank you. Regards, Amruta Rane
