It is almost a month where I have ordered a product from eBay. I have not received my item yet inspite paying for it. They are not responding to my complaints. Dear Darshan, We are glad to inform you that your claim has been approved and refund has been processed on 15th Nov 2013. Thereafter, it takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account.
