Dear sir/madam, i have bought an item from ebay through ebay website (online). the item was successfully delivered to me. but item was not as specification during shop- and quality was also not good, I have raised a claim and they started giving excuses, when i said tell me clearly that you dont want to return, they sent me an email that i cancelled my request, what a joke .
