My Claim id is 869772 (SR# 1-[protected]) Dated 07/2/2015. item number[protected] and PaisaPay Id : [protected]. I Purchase Samsung LED TV from ledtvshop77 on 3 Feb. 2015 when i recd. product on 7th Feb. and found it was faulty, i raised complaint vide claim id 869772 Dt. 7th Feb. 2015. Ebay Company demand no. of images which i have submitted within their time limit. After that i called no of times to customer care, i always got reply that your case is in progress and it will solve within 48 hrs. but till date 48 hrs. not completed till date. It seems that there is lack of communication between your all department that is why my case still unsolved. As per your company rule, case have to solved within 20 days from the date of submission of Case but more than 30 days already passed. I think, Customer Care not able to response so can you provide any responsive contact no. or Email id which can provide me proper support in solve my Case. Sorry about your TV. My case which was raised on 13th of January 2015 with eBay is still pending for resolution. I tried contacting the senior members, supervisors, floor managers, LMR team, Problem team and so on. I almost know most of the persons by name. However, there is no resolution still. You may not be receiving any proper resolution if you get in touch with supervisor or seniors. I only suggest you to not to wait anymore with these guys but to proceed with other ways of dealing with them. I myself am not sure of how to take my case forward...
