Hello I have purchased item ebay amount 549 ₹ is deducted in Citibank bank however it didn't shows item purchase successfully. Could you please may I know the status.. I checked the Citibank balance it's shows amount deducted could you please let me know the status of this . Very poor response, if you are not able to resolve issue please escalate higher authority.. when will you refund 549 ₹. Amount is deducted from bank account. However it shows transaction failure while purchasing item via net banking... Ref no[protected]
