Good Day, Dear All I had purchased a brand new Weston Wel-5100 48inch 122 CM Full HD Smart Led TV from Ebay on 7th January 2017. Initially on 7th January 2017, your forwarder “Blue Dart” had called me and said that the outer package was oiled spilled and please check the Inner package and product before receiving, Also said that if there was any problem in product, they will take back. Hence I raised a claim (claim ID : 2605746). Later after checking the product I received it on 7th January. After the TV was installed by the authorized dealer from the WESTON India on 8th January. From 8th till 16th January the TV was working correctly. On 16th Evening the TV didn’t started up/switching on. It was stuck on the initial screen. I called ebay on 17th January 2017 @ nearly 10.00 am and explained the problem and the customer call representative said that he registered a Reclaim for the Product as it was still under Ebay Guarantee and asked to wait and their reclaim department will call back me within 72 hours from then. On the same day I called the Seller (WESTON India) and they say that they will arrange a service representative to inspect the problem soon. On 18th January morning @ 10.30 am WESTON India’s service representative inspected the TV and said that there was a major problem in the main circuit board and coupled with software problem, Also said as the TV was only purchased 1 week before then, asked to raise a reclaim (which I did even before on 17th January) as that error component is the main part that drives the TV and worth to raise a reclaim. Again on 18th January when I called the ebay customer care, they say that the reclaim call was arranged and the concern team will call me within 72 hours. As I didn’t get any call back from ebay reclaim team I call customer care on 19th January @ 10.30 am and again explained them and even then they said that the reclaim call was arranged and the concern team will call me within 72 hours. Again in the evening I called the customer reminded them. On 20th January (today) @ 12.30 pm when I called them they assured that surely the claim department will call before 7.30 pm today (20th January). As I didn’t get any call till 7.15 pm, I called Customer care and checked the same. But to my shock I call customer care representative (Mr. Amit) says that this issue is not covered under Ebay Guarantee but asked me to check with Seller for service. I just want the TV to be replaced as assured on 17th January and for the same the reclaim was raised. Now after 4 days follow up the customer care (Amit) says that again they will instate as call for Reclaim team and asked me to wait for 24 hrs (till 21th January).
