Myself Tanay Tandi, I had ordered two power banks of Rs.700 on 18th August 2015 and made an online payment but till now I haven't received my items.On 3rd September I had claimed for refund but after few days my claim was closed.Now whenever l try to enquire about the items some of their representatives say I will receive a call within 24 hours some say within 48 hours.2weeks ago when I called then1 of their representatives said I'll get a phone call within next 72 hours but yet I have not received any phone calls..Sir kindly help me out to get back my money or else the items.
