I have contacted ebay regarding the laptop was faulty and they said to return the package to the seller they refund the amount when i returned the item ebay is saying that they are unable to track the shipment and the seller is saying that received the item broken when i asked the seller to attach the pics that the laptop is broken seller didn't respond to it tried calling seller many times but not receiving the calls both ebay and seller both are frauds my claim id is 1291236
