[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Refund Delay

My regd. email id with ebay is [protected]@gmail.com. I bought a back cover for my friend's phone whose amt was rs.309 on which I applied a coupon of rs.100. It was delivered on time but it was not as described due to which I raised a claim on 30.12.2015 and it was approved on 01.01.2016. I was told that I will receive DD for that amt within 20 days of claim approval but that has proven to be a false commitment by ebay agents, supervisors as well as stupid ebay policies. Ebay CC agents are not their-selves aware about their policies or else they are not provided with proper training. Maybe Ebay is in short of funds so aa to provide proper training and solve customer claims. Whenever I call CC agents either they apologize for the inconvenience or else they beg for 72 hrs of time. This is what they know or maybe they are trained to this only. This is not just the frustration, even supervisors over there do the same. Some of the supervisors name are- Suman Tomar, Yashu Arora, Vinay. These are Gurgaon heads and one more is Suzana in Gujarat who gave false statements just to ignore my grievances. Maybe they are paid to do so. Neither I receive any acknowledgement from ebay regarding the time I have just wasted talking to them nor do they reply to any mail. Simply frustrated and want to give so many bad words so that they come to know where are working, Idiotic and studpid ebay with pathetic services. I pray Ebay gets shut down ASAP. Each and every time I am provided with a reference ID of my call which is not at all useful. Again I gave a call today (30.01.2016), after 30 days of claim approval, I am requested to wait for more 72 hrs and I'll have to wait bcoz I can't go to Gurgaon wasting my money for them. Ebay doesn;t fulfill their policies. Policy was to wait 20 days so as to get the claim settled and receive my amt but now I think it will take 2000 days to receive such a small amt. Ebay just want to stick their bloody coupons to everyone rather then giving the refund because no one is going to waste their money and is bounded to purchase from them again. But I won't do so. Flipkart and other portals are far better then ebay rather I will say they are best and ebay is worst. Ebay has a policy that if customers have paid by COD then they will receive DD but other sites refund in bank acc. without irritating customers. That's the reason they are leading. I hope before ebay gets shut down my amt will be refunded.
