I have a claim: 1349647 which is pending 30 days. I have refused to accept the item from courier as i felt the courier box was empty. So bluedart representative took back the item and sent back to seller. It was delivered to seller on 27th October. Check the bluedart history with the tracking number : [protected] http://www.bluedart.com/servlet/RoutingServlet?action=awbquery&awb=awb&handler=tnt&numbers=[protected] It clearly says the product is been delivered to back to seller on 27th october. Since 30days ebay is torturing me, I am calling continuously daily and speaking with them for more than one hour. Every time they say our claim adjuster is working on the issue. I have never seen such a pathetic customer service and worst customer care service team in my life. Is the claim adjuster sleeping? Worst team they have. They take very long time to close the issues and never care for customers... Dont know whats wrong with them in refunding money. #Dont buy any thing in ebay india. They are cheaters and blocking my money since 40 days. I have decided not to buy in ebay india. Such a worst online shopping company, they are.
