SIR On 19th oct 2014, I have purchased electric kettle from ebay site . I have paid money online. But they have not provided me product yet not they have refunded my money. I have already made a request for refund but they are not giving my money. Many times I have talked to customer support members of ebay but they are not solving my issue. If you wish, you may check with your bank using the following refund details:

However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
We would like to inform you that the coupon code along with the details have been sent to your registered email id on 08-Jan-16. You may check the same and proceed with your transaction within the validity period of the coupon.
