pls note that i had placed the order on 10 dec n they havent shipped the item yet nor are they processing my refund.pls see the screenshot attatched

We would like to inform you that your refund has been initiated on 19th Dec 2013, and will get approved on 24th Dec 2013 if you do not receive the item within this time frame. The same will be informed to you via mail.
Once the refund gets approved, it takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case if you haven't received it we would request you to send us your bank statement from the date of transaction till date on [protected]@ebay.com. Our team will co-ordinate with the bank regarding the same and update you via email.

Ebay has turned into a big cheater. Their customer care has no solution at all. They are busy in givng false assurances. copy the weblink of your this complaint and paste it on their facebook page 3-4 times. And do not stop for their useless suggestion to wait as they are not doing anything to resolve your issue. This practice will compel them to think about your problem as they are concious about their reputation. It worked for many you should also give it a try.
