Ebay.in — Refund not initiated for damaged product | |||||
I purchased two product from ebay.In., both products were not in good condition. First one is 3d virtual realty glasses. This is not in workable condition so i initiated the return on 14 may 2016 but till now i have not recieved any response from the ebay regarding the refund of this product Details are given below:- Claim id-1981342 Paisa pay id - [protected] Item id[protected] Second one is iphone 5s (16 gb), there are scretches all over the phone and is damaged as well, so i initiated the refund but as usual no response from the ebay side, details are given below:- Claim id-2023427 Paisa pay id - [protected] Item id[protected] So request you to please help me out from this fraud company.
