[Resolved] Ebay.in — Refund not initiated since a month

I bought a mobile phone from ebay and now am facing so much problem with the process of the refund via Ebay, I received a damaged item and had it returned back to the seller and spoke to eBay the asked me to go throught the entire clame process. Finally they closed the claim and told the money will be refunded in 15 days now it going to be 1 month every time I call them they tell me wait for 15 more days. I dono what are they doing just fooling customers.Hiighly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the way they handle such issues soo poor. I recommend everyone dont purchase from ebay. They have verry verry poor customer service. Terrible refund process.

I got the 2 DD's of the refund amount just now. Hope the remaining process of the refund etc goes on fine, had to go through quite a lot to get this done.
