Dear sir/madam, i have bought an item from ebay through ebay website (online). the item was successfully delivered to me. but item was not as specification during shop- and quality was also not good, so i returned that product to his(ebay) seller after rejection of my claim on ebay ( as per him guidance) . After completed all these procedure i query on ebay and his seller for refund but they didn't responed well . i have all record on my mail . the few details are given here in attached file please sir take a action against him.
