Ebay is a proper thief who takes away customer money and earn interest on it, i have filed a claim around 20 days ago on the website that seller didn't ship the product and my refund has been put on hold, even after this much also, i called the customer support on 22nd or 23rd and you people told me that resolution will be there finally by 27th april 2016. Now today its more than a month and i have no piece of words from customer support, this is what type of service you have in 2016. Totally crap!!! I already called customer care 15 times, but getting same asnwer every time "that we will call you in 24 hours" but i didn't received a single call from ebay. I want solution.
