[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Refund not received

I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 4 dual sim on 6th feb 2017 and I got message that it got shipped on 9th feb but when I contacted the seller on 12th feb, he said the item hasn't shipped yet. So I raised a claim[id 2692678] on 14th feb for the refund. I called the customer support on 17th feb regarding the refund but they said the ebay claim adjuster will contact me in 24 hrs and resolve the issue. After not getting any call from the ebay claim in 24 hrs, I called the customer support again and again they said that ebay claim will call me in 24hrs. Then they keep on giving the false commitment that the ebay claim will call me which is not happening.
