[Resolved] Ebay.in — refund not received

I have ordered a refurbished phone from ebay on june 22 2017 (Paisapay id [protected]) for 14, 435 rs.
They said i'll receive the product within 15 days. But i didn't receive it.
I submitted a refund request but they confirmed it only on august 1st (Refund claim id[protected].
They said within 7-8 days i'll get my refund.
But its been 1 month.
I have called them 4-5 times.
But they gave me the some reason and at the end will tell me that i'll receive the refund in 7-8 days.
I didn't get the phone and it's been more than 2 months since i lost my money.
I am a student and that's the only money i have.
I'm not asking for any compensation or something.
I just want my 14, 435 rs back.

I have raised a complaint one month back and still I didn't get my money back.
I've called eBay representatives more than 10 times .
Last time I called I pleased to them for my money cause I had to pay my exam fees.
But still they didn't transfer the money.
I couldn't write my exam.
And now I'll get thrown out of my college within some days.
I haven't eaten proper food for days.
What should i do now?.
I'll go and see anyone, I'll fall on their feet.
But please tell them to give my money back.
