Dear Sir,

I have ordered Bonsai chinese plant on Feb 1st week and delivery promised on Feb 17, 2016 and heard if product is not delivered, refund action will be initiated. Product was not delivered at the right time due to travel issues. Refund initiated message came to me. Thats it. I still now suffered by asking these fellows about the refund. But these fellows are keep on telling kindly wait our team is working on it and will be update soon. My question is how many times i have to ask them about my money and how many days are they working for a single issue? Please do the needful. I'm really frustrated.
