[Resolved] Ebay.in — Refund not recived yet, didn't receive item.

I orderd samsung charger with ITEM ID[protected] and Paisa payID with [protected] from EBAY. I raised claim claim ID 1322975 but it did not resolve yet, they just considered that item had been received to me and sent mail regarding this, however I already confirmed on phone to them that it was not received to me.Very poor service by them, I mentioned in mail already that i want refund back but no action taken by them. ASAP I WANT AN ACTION TOWARDS REFUND.
