I bought an iPhone 5s for 23000. The product was unusable as there was a defect. I according to their policy asked for a refund. After multiple calls finally they picked up my product but are yet not refunding my money saying they have not got a confirmation from the seller that he has received the product back. It has been almost a month now. I have called them multiple times and they keep saying in 24 hours. They never call back and i am running about for my money
