Ebay.in — Refund process is not defined for guest user and no response from customer support | |||
This is regarding the order #[protected]. I have received a faulty product(skull candy earphone) on 26th may 2016. I contacted the seller regarding the refund. He agreed for the replacement how ever he is asking me to send the product back I have already paid for the shipping cost and I donot want to bear the reverse shipping cost for the faulty product. I am not happy with the product so tried to initiate return request using the eBay.in, but as I had used the guest mode during buying. Product is not visible upon registering. Requested assistance from the ebay customer support, didnt receive any help. Called customer support yesterday and today but there was no response to calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
