Ebay.in — Refund request pending from 40 days and now the claim is closed

I ordered V-guard stabilizer from eBay.in but I received it in Broken Condition. I have contacted e-bay customer care and GRIEVANCE more than 30 times over the call and also I have sent 'n' number of emails(I have evidence). I am not at all happy with their response and it is your and seller problem for which you are troubling me. If you don t have hold on your seller that is not my problem. Now after all my struggle in contacting the team managers they have agreed that they have arranged re-pick. below is the Service request numbers.(I do have many other Service request number) 1-[protected] - Anupam Prasoon 1-[protected] - Lokesh Note: E-bay Guarantee is the worst service I have seen in my life time. I have wasted my precious time and also the currency to talk to GRIEVANCE team. The claim ID - 1360002 was open from more than 40 days! But today all of a sudden they have closed the claim and asking me to talk to seller. Please help

As I am not getting any response from ebay I would request you to suggest next step. I have all the evidence(calls) made to ebay, I have made more than 25 calls till now and have many service request numbers as well. I would take this to consumer court as well. kindly suggest me what should I do now? I don't have any trust ebay anymore and will inform all my friends not to buy from ebay.

We would like to inform you that your eBay Guarantee claim has been closed completely as per procedure since you had not provided the requested document (POD copy) within the stipulated time even after reminder mails.

Therefore eBay would not be able to intervene in the same anymore, and hence would request you to get in touch with the seller and resolve the issue amicably.

They asked me to courier the product at last moment when claim was about to expire. On the very next day when I called customer care and informed that I will be sending the product they replied that the claim is closed and asked me to get in touch with seller and get this resolved. This was purely intentional they just wanted to close the claim or i think it would expire/close automatically after 60 days so at last they thew ball into my court. Can you please tell me what your customer support was doing for 2 months i.e., 60 days. I even have evidences that I have called them more than 25 times and I have spoken to 5 floor managers nothing helped out, everybody tries to escape from the call as they know there are 4-5 e-bay centers in India and probability of call connecting to the same person is less when we call again. If this is the way u value your customer then you will surely pay for it.

Note : Just give me the reason why no action was taken on claim and why was I not informed to courier the product before 58 days from claim close. why all the action was taken on last two days before the claim close! isn't it intentional? is this the way to fool customer? Do you think if you do so you can improve your business.

not giving my money

i am a seller on ebay. but now they have suspended my account. and not giving me my money. Please solve my problem and give me the way.
