Dear Sir, I had bought a Travancore Coin for Rs.649/-. In the Listing, it was mentioned as NEW, but what I received was a USED. So I had raised a claim for Item Not as Described for PaisaPay ID : [protected] and the Claim ID : 3476192 dated 26 Feb 2018. After that on 4th March @ 12:35 P.M, I received Email from Ebay to RESHIP THE PRODUCT TO SELLER WITHIN THREE DAYS. SO THREE DAYS MEANS 04.03.2018 IS DAY ONE, 05.03.2018 IS DAY TWO & 06.03.2018 TILL 23:59:59 IS DAY THREE... BUT BEFORE THE DAY THREE IS NOT COMPLETE AND AT AROUND 1.30 P.M., EBAY HAS CLOSED THE CLAIM SAYING THAT RESHIP PROOF IS NOT SENT??????????????? HOW CAN THEY CLOSE THE CLAIM BEFORE THREE DAYS???????????? THE ACTUAL TIME THEY SHOULD CLOSE THE CLAIM IS ONLY AFTER 7TH MARCH @ 12.35 P.M. BECAUSE THEY HAD SENT THE MAIL ONLY ON 4TH MARCH @ 12.35 P.M... ON 06.03.2018 ITSELF, I HAD SEND THE SCAN COPY FOR PROOF OF DESPATCH FOR RESHIPPING TO THE EBAY EMAIL's = [protected]@ebay.com & [protected]@ebay.com ... BELOW IS ALSO THE DETAILS: COURIER : INDIA POST SPEED POST AWB NO. : ET[protected]IN DATE OF DESPATCH: 06.03.2018 TIME OF DESPATCH: 13:34 TOTAL SHIPPING COST: RS.41.30/- Hence I kindly Request Ebay to REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY... PLEASE CHECK YOURSELF ON THE EMAILS Ebay HAD SENT ME... I HAVE DONE EXACTLY WHAT Ebay HAVE TOLD ME TO DO... PLEASE NOTE, ... THIS IS A VERY BIG LEGAL ISSUE TO CLOSE THE CLAIM BEFORE THE STIPULATED TIME, WITHOUT INFORMING TO ME... I WILL SURELY FILE LEGAL CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM, IF I DO NOT GET JUSTICE... ALSO I HAVE RESHIPPED THE ITEM AT 1.34 PM ITSELF... BEFORE I CAME FROM POST OFFICE TO ATTACH THE IMAGE, THE CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED AND CLOSED????? I HAVE ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS THAT MY SIDE HAS JUSTICE...
