Ebay.in — Refund/replacement against damaged item related | |||||
Sir/madam I ordered Samsung 48H6400 TV with item no.[protected] and PayPaisa id: [protected] from eBay.in that I received on[protected] in damaged condition. Under eBay guarantee I was told to raise a claim against which refund/replacement was supposed to be given. I raised a claim with claim id: 1156754 and reshipped the damaged item back to the seller via ICL courier with tracking no. 15359801 along with all necessary details that were required. The seller has already received the item on[protected]. After calling eBay customer service so many times, they always say that my issue would be resolved in next 48 hours. It's been more than 1 month since the seller has received the item and I wasn't informed properly about my refund/replacement from eBay or the seller. I claim the amount of Rs. 44954 (cost of TV)+ Rs. 6200 (reshipping charge) from eBay. Kindly look upon the matter. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
