I bought sony smart watch swr 30-fitness date on 14/05/2016 got this item 17/05/2016 early morning time i think 10:30 i try to connect with mobile phone
This device lots of time but not connect when try to another mobile also face same problem. Try to call seller not pickup my phone try more than 10 time. Than create claim against call defecting product. Still waiting for my problem not solve. Daily i check ebay guarantee page never update today i will see write down my phone switch off how it possible my phone never switch off. Also i attach copy of proff this device not connect with mobile kindly look meter serious suffering with ur solution.

Kindly give solution early as possible also mention alternate number on page ebay guarantee. Also one thing today try chat and call to me lots of time tell my problem my not connect customer care how to solve this problem kindly refund my money soon as possible.
