I have ordered shoes from ebay on 29th june 2016, following are the details of item
Li-ning super light running shoes for men

Size uk/ ind: 10
Color: neon blue
Sale date: 29/06/16
After delivery i found that even its mentioned as size 10, but actually its small and its not fitting well to me, so i raised a claim on ebay
Following are claim details,

Ebay contacted me and asked more details about issue, i shocked to know that replacement is not covered for size issue, i'm just asking for replacement with one size larger.
Almost all shopping site online provides replacement for size issue, even local stores does that.
But still they have rejected my claim and shared seller details and asked me to directly talk with them.
Then i contacted seller, here is replay from seller...
"dear sir,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Sir, i request you claim on ebay, as you are covered under 30days guarantee.
Where you can get it replaced or exchanged.
So request youto raise a claim on ebay guarantee."
E-mail clearly says that as that its under 30 days guarantee, so i can get replaced or exchanged.
Then i contacted ebay and explained them, they told me, ask seller to send email to ebay stating same, then they will provide me replacement.
Then i contacted seller and told him that ebay asked you to send email stating that you're ready for replacement, then seller took u turn with previous discussion and told me that, who told you that we are ready for replacement if ebay approves you're claim then only we can replace.
Cause a lots of frustration in all this process, and lost money as well.
