[Resolved] Ebay.in — Return and refund not processed."in progress" mode since 1 month

I have purchased a bluetooth headset of jabra motion brand.I received a fake item instead. I claimed for return and refund on september 29 with claim id 1293600.They have asked for images and i also provided them.Till now there is no progress.I tried to contact customer care but they are not responding. I didnt expected such worst service from ebay
