Dear Madam / Sir, I bought Sony Digital Voice Recorder through ebay.in website, My product PaisaPay ID : [protected]. They have mentioned that they provide 30 days replacement or refund if the product is not satisfactory. I have raised a claim (Claim ID : 1776421) for refund after found some problem on it. But they have declined to refund my money saying that this is under manufacturer warranty hence they can't help. Please help me so that I can get my money back.
