I bought a WD Hard disk on 14 Oct through ebay and from the first day the disk is not is not working. I requested for return of the product within 30 days(return policy period of ebay.in)but on continuous follow ups ebay asked us to contact WD for the same. On contacting WD, the WD rejected the request giving some other reasons. Request you to intervene Was this information helpful? | |||||
